Currently, we are not set up as a Non-Profit Organization, however all funds brought in to the Arabian Horse Rehoming Resource are fully accounted for, with those open accounting records available to the ABlackHorse.com members (the basis for our start-up). All funds expended are also governed by the members of ABlackHorse.com members, with a 7 member board that are the final decision makers on any and all funds expended.
